Our general rate is $80.00 per 50 minute session.
A reduced fee based on hardship and income can be available based on a sliding fee scale. Limited openings per therapist. Please ask about this option before scheduling.
Payment is due at the beginning of each session by cash, check, credit card or paypal.
Things to consider when contacting your insurance company: ask them what is your deductible, co-pay fees, and if there are a limited amount of sessions that they will cover. Do they cover couples counseling? These are good questions to ask them before starting your sessions to determine your overall cost. Many insuance companies only cover a limited amount of sessions, or often don't cover couples counseling. We provide a lower rates, so people can afford services without the added stress, but we have also found that many insurance companies reimberse expenses for our services. Ask your insurance company if they will reimberse out of pocket expenses from a Liscenced Marriage and Family Therapist. We are also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Certified in Trauma. We do not bill insurance for payment, however you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits, HSA/FSA (Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account) to offset your costs. Some people choose to preserve their privacy by opting to pay for therapy outside of insurance. Billing insurance requires a mental health diagnosis that some people would rather not have as part of their permanent health record. Certain professions are particular about mental health services being on one's record. If this could be a potential concern, paying for therapy out of pocket may be the best option.

All cancelations require 24 hour advanced notice. A $60.00 non-refundable fee will be assessed for cancelations less than 24 hours, and if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment the full $80.00 payment will be charged to your account.
